We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to take control of a new project in Hull. The project is converting an existing empty retail unit into a new retail unit including all fit out works. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a proven track record delivering projects within live settings.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of working in live/operational settings
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage programmes, timelines, and site teams effectively
Certifications Required:
- Black Card (CSCS) - Essential
- First Aid (provided as standard)
- CSCS (provided as standard)
- SMSTS
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery from inception through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Maintain project programmes and reporting
