We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to take control of a new project in Hull. The project is converting an existing empty retail unit into a new retail unit including all fit out works. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a proven track record delivering projects within live settings.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of working in live/operational settings
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage programmes, timelines, and site teams effectively

Certifications Required:

  • Black Card (CSCS) - Essential
  • First Aid (provided as standard)
  • CSCS (provided as standard)
  • SMSTS

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery from inception through to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Maintain project programmes and reporting
