We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join the team on a new build project in Stockton. With the structure complete, focus now shifts to managing and delivering all internal finishing works to a high standard over the next 8-10 weeks.
Role Overview:
- Oversee and coordinate all internal trades and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality finishes throughout bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and facilities
- Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover stages
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep to programme
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Internals Manager on New build schemes
- Excellent eye for detail and quality standards
- Confident managing multiple finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, M&E, etc.)
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid required
