We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee re-roofing (roof replacement) projects across Plymouth and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in roofing and experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising roofing teams on strip & replace projects
  • Managing daily site activities and programme delivery
  • Carrying out quality inspections and snagging
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors
  • Delivering toolbox talks and supporting site teams

Requirements:

  • Roofing Supervisor / Foreman experience
  • Strong re-roofing / roof replacement background
  • Knowledge of pitched and/or flat roofing systems
  • SMSTS / SSSTS preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence
