I am recruiting for an experienced PRS Housing & Lettings Officer to join their growing team supporting local authority housing schemes across London and the Home Counties.

  • Private Rented Sector (PRS) housing
  • Lettings and tenancy management
  • Working within a local authority or council environment
  • Following successful training in Brentwood, the role becomes fully remote.
  • Build and manage relationships with private landlords and letting agents
  • Procure PRS properties for local authority-backed schemes
  • Manage the full lettings process from negotiation through to tenancy setup
  • Work closely with councils and housing partners to secure placements

MUST have:

  • PRS/property lettings experience
  • Come from a council/local authority housing background
  • Strong understanding of ASTs and housing schemes
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Fully remote working after training. Career progression within a growing housing organisation. Exposure to multiple London borough housing schemes.
