Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, commercially viable housing layouts

- Coordinate and manage external consultants
- Oversee multiple live sites at varying build stages
- Prepare drawing packages for tender, construction, and sales
- Support discharge of planning conditions and NHBC requirements
- Liaise with planning authorities, site teams, and internal departments
