We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a small refurbishment project for two weeks, looking after the electrical contractors, floorers, and decorators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
