M&E Supervisor / Site Manager
HMP Lincoln Prison Β£250-Β£300 per day (Umbrella Only)
We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Supervisor / Site Manager to join a project at HMP project. This is a hands-on management role, overseeing Mechanical & Electrical packages and ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and H&S standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, maintaining smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily briefings.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the site.
Requirements
- SMSTS (essential)
- First Aid (essential)
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor or Site Manager on similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
