We are currently recruiting for reliable, highly skilled Commercial Fit-Out Plasterers for immediate starts on a high-profile commercial workspace development in Central London. This is a fast-track project focused on delivering pristine high-end internal finishes, fast-track office skimming, high-volume internal float-and-set, and structural partition finishes for a premier commercial interiors contract.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- High-Spec Internal Skimming: Applying flawless multi-coat plaster and finishing skim coats across newly installed commercial drywall and partition systems, specialized in fast-track office skimming.
- Technical Wall Preparation: Executing traditional layouts, high-volume internal float-and-set, dot-and-dab plasterboard installations, and making precision joint adjustments.
- Intricate Buildersworks & Snagging: Carrying out rapid, high-quality remedial plastering, surface patching, and structural partition finishes to meet strict luxury commercial client quality specifications.
- Site Safety Compliance: Maintaining clear, orderly, and safe working environments in strict accordance with premium central London fit-out safety policies.
Requirements & Compliance Vetting
- Valid CSCS Card: Essential. Qualification and card status checks will be completed digitally via the CITB database (Skilled Blue Card required).
- Specialist Experience: Proven track record in high-end commercial office fit-outs, luxury retail shopfitting, or heritage restoration plastering.
- Trade Tools: Must have their own complete set of clean, professional plastering hand tools, trowels, stilts (if required), and a high-quality battery drill/paddle mixer setup.
- Right to Work Documentation: Biometric passport, share code, or birth certificate.
- Payment & Payroll: Valid UTR number for approved CIS frameworks or verified Umbrella details.
