Lins Care is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in Newport, South Wales.

Hybrid working is available, with a temporary/full-time agency contract at the Civic Centre.

You will conduct assessments, develop person-centred plans and work across health and social care pathways.

The role requires knowledge of MCA 2005, Care Act principles and safeguarding, along with strong communication and risk management skills.
