Slough Borough Council is seeking an Interim Strategic Commissioner (Prevention & Carers) to lead prevention and the All-Age Carers Strategy across Adult Social Care in Slough. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with delivery across ASC, NHS and VCSE partners to improve outcomes and optimise resources.
You will manage two staff, shape prevention and carers services, and drive system-wide change through partnership working, performance measurement, and effective use of funding streams.
