Interim Housing Applications & Systems Support Analyst
Location: Remote Rate: £650.00 per day (Umbrella) Contract: Interim (3–12 Months) | Full Time
We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Housing Applications & Systems Support Analyst to support a Local Authority's Housing Technology team on a remote interim assignment.
This role will focus on supporting and maintaining the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated applications, ensuring system stability, service continuity and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain NEC Housing applications.
- Manage incidents, changes, releases and system upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance.
- Work with Housing Services, Digital teams and third-party suppliers.
- Support business improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Maintain system documentation and provide technical advice to stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
- Strong ITSM knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management).
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Experience delivering application support within Local Government, Housing or a similar complex environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
