Rate: £42.63 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Full-time

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Triage and Assessment Service in Ceredigion. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior OT with community experience to lead and support a multidisciplinary team while managing a complex caseload. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise Occupational Therapists and support staff, oversee referral triage and case allocation, and ensure high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Occupational Therapy staff.
  • Manage a complex community caseload.
  • Complete specialist assessments, risk assessments and intervention planning.
  • Support service development and quality improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Significant post-registration experience within community Occupational Therapy.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent assessment, communication and organisational skills.
