Linscare Limited are currently recruiting experienced Fostering Social Workers for an exciting opportunity within a Local Authority Fostering Team based on the Channel Islands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-established service offering excellent rates, outside IR35 status, and support with travel and accommodation.

The Role

  • Form F Assessments
  • Connected Persons Assessments
  • Foster Carer Support & Supervision
  • Viability Assessments
  • Court & Permanency Work
  • Attendance at Fostering Panels and Reviews
  • Working closely with children, foster carers, and multi-agency professionals

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Social Work England Registration (SWE)
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience
  • Recent experience working within UK Local Authority Fostering Teams
  • In-date Enhanced DBS
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
