We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner / Complex Caseworker to join a service in Ilford, Greater London.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to take responsibility for complex cases, provide specialist support, and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the service.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for service users, using your professional expertise to manage challenging situations, provide guidance, and support effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload and undertake high-quality assessments and interventions.
- Take responsibility for specific tasks, projects or areas of specialist practice.
- Provide professional advice, guidance and support to colleagues where required.
