We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. The successful candidate will undertake assessments in line with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, working with children, adults, families, and carers to identify needs, manage risk, and develop outcome-focused care and support plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing strengths-based assessments and reviews
- Managing complex caseloads
- Safeguarding children and adults at risk
- Developing and reviewing care and support plans
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies
- Attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings and statutory processes
- Maintaining accurate case records and reports
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Care Wales registration
- Experience within statutory social work services
- Strong assessment, safeguarding, and case management skills
Competitive rate of 233.02 per day (Umbrella). Immediate start available.
