Linscare are currently recruiting on behalf of Herefordshire Council for an experienced Drugs & Alcohol Needs Assessment Specialist.
The role involves:
- Analysing local, regional and national datasets to identify trends, patterns and emerging risks.
- Assessing the scale and nature of drug and alcohol misuse across Herefordshire.
- Reviewing current treatment and recovery services to identify strengths, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Examining inequalities in access, engagement and outcomes across different communities.
- Exploring key issues including relapse, continuity of care and drug and alcohol-related deaths.
