We are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead a specialist Domestic Abuse Safety Hub (BDASH) service in Colindale, London. You will manage a team of specialist practitioners, including IDVAs, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support for survivors of domestic abuse. The role involves leading service delivery, safeguarding practice, partnership working, and driving positive outcomes for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a specialist domestic abuse team.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and performance management.
  • Ensure effective safeguarding, risk management, and safety planning.
  • Monitor service quality, outcomes, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with partner agencies including police, health, housing, and voluntary services.
  • Promote survivor-centred and inclusive practice.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing domestic abuse, safeguarding, or specialist support services.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic abuse legislation and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Experience with multi-agency working and MARAC processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and anti-discriminatory practice.
