We are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead the Reach Out Domestic Abuse Service in Ilford, Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled social care manager to provide operational leadership to a specialist domestic abuse service supporting adults, children, and families affected by domestic abuse. You will lead a dedicated team, drive service improvements, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed support is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Reach Out team, including specialist domestic abuse practitioners.
- Provide effective supervision, support, and professional development.
- Oversee safeguarding practice, risk management, and quality standards.
- Promote survivor-centred and strengths-based approaches.
- Work closely with children’s services, adult social care, and partner agencies.
- Support service development and improve outcomes for families.
- Embed best practice approaches.
