We are recruiting an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a specialist Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) Team in London. This role focuses on supporting adolescents aged 11+ who are at risk of exploitation, serious youth violence, missing episodes, and other contextual safeguarding concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex caseload of adolescents and their families.
- Undertake statutory assessments and interventions.
- Complete Section 47 investigations.
- Attend Strategy Meetings and chair Child in Need (CIN) Meetings.
- Work closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard young people.
- Prepare high-quality assessments, reports, and care plans.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration.
- Social Work qualification.
- Minimum two years' post-qualified experience in Children's Services.
- Experience completing Section 47 investigations, attending Strategy Meetings, and chairing CIN Meetings.
- A passion for working with adolescents in high-risk and complex situations.
