Are you an experienced Children’s Social Worker with a strong background in safeguarding and child protection? Do you have the skills and expertise to support excellent practice, influence service development and help shape the future of child protection?

We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join a pioneering Multi-Agency Child Protection Team in London, Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative safeguarding model, supporting effective partnership working and delivering improved outcomes for children and families.

The Role

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will provide expert social work practice within a multi-agency child protection environment, supporting complex safeguarding work and contributing to the ongoing development of practice. You will work alongside Team Managers, Family Help services, Children’s Social Care teams and partner agencies to ensure children experiencing significant harm receive timely, effective and coordinated support. This role offers the opportunity to influence practice improvement, mentor colleagues and contribute to a strong culture of reflection, learning and development.
