We are recruiting an experienced Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Triage and Assessment Service in Ceredigion. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior OT with community experience to lead and support a multidisciplinary team while managing a complex caseload. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise Occupational Therapists and support staff, oversee referral triage and case allocation, and ensure high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Occupational Therapy staff.
- Manage a complex community caseload.
- Complete specialist assessments, risk assessments and intervention planning.
- Support service development and quality improvement.
- Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals.
- Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience within community Occupational Therapy.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent assessment, communication and organisational skills.
