Neurodevelopment Child And Adolescent Psychiatrist – ADHD & Autism
£155 p/h

Clinics are held F2F – all admin can be completed remotely.
Essential:
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.
- Extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of children with ADHD, Autism, and other mental health conditions.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as DSM-5, ICD-11, and familiarity with ADOS-2, ADI-R, or QbTest interpretation.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead psychiatric diagnosis and formulation of ADHD and co-occurring conditions.
- Contribute to or lead multi-disciplinary assessments for Autism (in conjunction with ADOS-2, ADI-R trained professionals).
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents aged 5–18.
- Initiate and monitor pharmacological treatments for ADHD in line with NICE guidelines.
- Manage complex presentations, including comorbid anxiety, mood, and behavioural difficulties.
- Provide written reports, treatment plans, and participate in MDT reviews.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with CQC, GMC, and safeguarding standards.
