The Private Hospital is currently looking for a Lead Occupational Therapist to work within the Hospital. The successful applicant will work as part of a committed multi-disciplinary team to manage and co-ordinate treatment plans in consultation with others, engage the patients on the units in helpful, therapeutic and meaningful activities, and develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues. You will also ensure effective management and development of more junior staff and maintain accurate records regarding the rehabilitation progress of the patients.

Centrally located with easy access to Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Ashford and Maidstone, the Hospital has 43 beds across 2 service lines: Acute Adult and Acute Private.
