Deputy Ward Manager – Female PICU
Up to ÂŁ43,134 – ÂŁ46,434 (dependant on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Ward Manager to support leadership on our female Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
About the Role:
- Support the Ward Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead and supervise a team, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
- Contribute to care planning, risk management, and staff development
- Promote inclusion, dignity, and best clinical practices
What You’ll Need:
- NMC registration (RMN)
- 18 months+ post-registration experience (PICU or acute preferred)
- Experience in clinical supervision or trained as an assessor
- Strong communication and leadership skills
