About the Role:

You’ll be joining a well-regarded care centre/home that delivers tailored, person-centred care for both younger adults with complex conditions and older adults with general nursing needs. The home specialises in neurological, spinal and elderly care.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in maintaining high standards of clinical care, lead a dedicated team, and drive quality improvement. You’ll play a key role in clinical assessments, audits, compliance, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead clinical governance and medication management
  • Mentor and support nursing and care teams
  • Support with recruitment, staff development, and training
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal policies

Requirements:

  • NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
