We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scrub Nurse to join a private hospital based in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to work within a dynamic and supportive team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the operating theatre for surgery
- Assisting surgeons during operations
- Ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use
- Monitoring the patient's condition during surgery
- Preparing patients for surgery
Requirements:
- Must have a valid NMC registration
- Must have orthopaedics
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a scrub nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
