Your Mission
The Senior Software Engineer is a high‑impact individual contributor who delivers complex work and raises the effectiveness of the team around them. This role exists to tackle technically challenging problems, support less experienced engineers, and contribute to sound technical decisions — all while remaining aligned with the agreed architecture and standards.

- Work closely with QA to ensure confidence in delivered changes
- Engage constructively with Product and other stakeholders as needed
- Balance pragmatism with long‑term thinking
