This is a role for someone who loves solving real problems, brings clarity to ambiguity, and cares deeply about the people using the products they build. You'll contribute to a growing design system, facilitate workshops, and help champion a culture of thoughtful, user-first design across the team. • Validate design decisions through both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and wider teams to solve complex problems
  • Craft simple, accessible, and visually polished experiences that put the user first
  • Champion and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life — balancing polish with pragmatism
  • Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to unlock ideas and align teams

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a product designer
  • Design portfolio showcasing previous work & process taken to solve problems
  • Hands-on experience with tooling such as Figma to create designs and build working prototypes
  • Demonstrable experience working across the full product design lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills - Experience presenting work, rationale for thinking and ability to accept feedback
  • Experienced and comfortable collaborating directly with customers and end users to understand needs, design solutions, and test and refine them based on feedback.
  • Experience defining and contributing to the design system
  • Experience collaborating with fellow designers, product managers, researchers and engineers
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working from/with incomplete information
