We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Linnworks. Reporting directly to the Director of Product and Partner Marketing, this role will play a critical part in shaping how we understand our market, position our products and enable our teams to win. As Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the market inside the business and the voice of the product in the market. You will lead market intelligence and competitor intelligence initiatives, partner closely with Product Managers on go-to-market (GTM) execution and ensure Sales, Customer Success and Marketing are fully enabled around new releases and product updates.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical and commercially minded. You are equally comfortable conducting competitive analysis, partnering on GTM strategy and building enablement programs. You must have a strong aptitude for AI tools and experience leveraging AI to scale your impact. Interested candidates must live in the UK (London or Chichester) and be able to work for any UK employer without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce market, including customer segments, buyer personas, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and messaging.
- Own the competitor intelligence program, including creating competitive battlecards, objection-handling frameworks and win/loss analysis reporting.
- Develop and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
- Build strong messaging and positioning, including in customer-facing content.
- Own and manage quarterly product update webinars for customers, partnering with Product and Customer Success to showcase new features and enhancements.
- Develop webinar messaging, narratives, and presentation materials that clearly communicate customer value.
- Support broader customer communications around product updates, including release notes, announcements and in-product messaging.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define and execute GTM strategies for new features, enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning to ensure alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships.
- Develop launch plans that include positioning, messaging, enablement, customer communications and campaign alignment.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively articulate value and win against competitors.
- Develop enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
- Proactively enable internal teams on recent releases to ensure consistent messaging and confident customer conversations.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, or related roles within SaaS.
- An AI-first mentality to accelerate your impact.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and sales cycles.
- Proven experience partnering with Product teams on launches and release communications.
- Demonstrated success in building and operationalizing competitive intelligence programs.
- Experience developing sales enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace integrations or supply chain.
- Familiarity with win/loss analysis frameworks and buyer journey mapping.
- Experience working in global teams across US, UK, and EU markets.
- Curiosity and a passion for understanding customers and markets.
