As a Product Manager serving Linnwork's community of current and future clients, you will serve as a leader within our Product Management team and business. By taking a research-led approach to validating market problems, you will work to determine the most effective way to deliver complete software, features, and solutions through a mix of buying, building, or partnering to solve the highest and most impactful business needs of our market.

The ideal candidate will be energized by research-led product management in service of understanding our diverse user-base and their evolving needs. Candidates should value testing, continual learning, and driving to outcomes rather than outputs. The candidate should be driven by curiosity and a constant desire to keep learning. The ideal Product Manager will have a proven track record of executing within a culture of testing, experimentation and iterative solutions. Most of all the ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating across a creative and cross-functional company and team. This position reports directly to the CPO. Interested candidates must live in the UK and be able to work for any UK employer without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work to build a deep understanding of the businesses our market works in, their goals and evolving business needs.
  • Define and drive fulfillment product roadmap for identified problem sets.
  • Regularly present direction, outcomes, solutions, and the "why".
  • Identify competitive and alternative products in the market.
  • Articulate and prioritize outcomes for problems so appropriate features can be deployed rapidly, working closely with software development teams.
  • Define the users of your features and products.
  • Provide context to solutions by crafting stories that illustrate market problems.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine how well the product is performing.
  • Heavy collaboration with fellow product management team members on solving problem sets, sharing research findings, and solutioning.
  • Support and drive strategic product conversations.
  • Collaborate across the business with marketing, sales, CS, engineering and more.
  • Make high-level contributions to product strategies by identifying new opportunities, generating innovative solutions, and improving existing features.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience solutioning and shipping high quality features and software.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) experience required.
  • Research-led Product Manager who understands how to meet the user where they are while helping deliver innovative solutions.
  • SaaS eCommerce, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and own a project with minimal guidance.
  • Thrives in an environment with constant and quick iterations.
  • Power to influence peers & managers and build consensus.
  • Ability to integrate across disciplines.
  • Remote-first, with option to be hybrid-remote out of London or Chichester.
  • Some travel expected (up to 4 times/year, primarily domestic travel, emphasis on client site visits).
  • Flexible work hours due to the requirement of flexing to accommodate collaboration across time zones (US, UK, and EU), however this role will be expected to work either primarily in either GMT or EST time zones.
