Your Mission

About the Role

This is a lead generation and relationship development role with a specific focus on agency partnerships across EMEA. You will identify, engage, and nurture agency partners who can refer and activate high-quality clients onto the Linnworks platform. This is an ideal role for someone early in their partnerships or business development career who is eager to build commercial skills, develop a strong network, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. Manchester-based, this role will also benefit from proximity to Linnworks' UK team.

What You'll Own

  • AGENCY PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
    • Identify and engage digital agencies, systems integrators, and eCommerce consultancies across EMEA as potential Linnworks referral partners.
    • Build and nurture a pipeline of agency partnerships from first contact through to active referral status.
    • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with agency partners and understand their client profiles and positioning Linnworks compellingly.
  • LEAD GENERATION & PIPELINE CONTRIBUTION
    • Drive referral volume from the agency partner portfolio, contributing directly to EMEA new business pipeline.
    • Work with the Partnerships Director to develop targeted outreach and engagement campaigns for agency audiences.
    • Track and report on agency partner pipeline activity, referral quality, and conversion.
  • PARTNER ENABLEMENT
    • Ensure agency partners are well-informed about Linnworks' product proposition and equipped to position it effectively.
    • Coordinate partner briefings, product updates, and co-marketing opportunities.
    • Support the development of enablement materials tailored to an agency audience.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder who is comfortable picking up the phone.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce or digital agency landscape is advantageous.
  • Organised and proactive and able to manage a portfolio of early-stage relationships with rigour.
  • Commercially curious, with a genuine interest in how partnerships drive business growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team.
