Salary: £26,000 – £28,000

Location: London Bridge, London (on-site)

About The Role:

We’re seeking ambitious Sales Consultants with a passion for business development.

As a Services Sales Consultant at Linnk Group, you will be responsible for developing new business, creating consistent sales growth and margin enhancement in line with budget expectations by continuing to learn your specialism and immersing yourself in your niche market.

You will be an expert in growing your customer network, winning new business and being self-sufficient in managing the end-to-end process. From day one, we will seek to understand your future ambitions, so we can provide a bespoke training programme to help you achieve your ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with clients through various sourcing methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Actively drive business development efforts, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand our client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement effective services and business development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

About You:

You will have:

  • The ability to speak fluently in Spanish.
  • A proven track record as a successful sales person, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Prior success in new business sales.
  • Strong business development skills with a passion for expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Relentless motivation to achieve sales & motivate others to achieve goals and targets, providing industry-leading services.
