We're supporting a growing offshore and subsea business in the search for an experienced

Operations Manager to join their Subsea Cables division.

This role will lead the delivery of offshore cable installation and repair projects, managing offshore operations, subcontractors, project teams, and client relationships across the UK and Northwest Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead subsea cable installation and repair projects
  • Manage offshore operations, vessels and subcontractors
  • Support tendering activities and installation methodology development
  • Develop operational procedures, standards and documentation
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
  • Drive HSE performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a key client interface throughout project delivery

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' experience in subsea cables, marine operations or offshore construction
  • Strong project or operations management background
  • Experience working with offshore vessel operations
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • UK work authorisation required
