Linnk is currently supporting a major consulting customer through a large-scale SAP Integrated Product Development (SAP IPD) implementation programme and is seeking experienced SAP IPD professionals to join the project.
We are looking for senior specialists across Architecture, Development, and Functional Consulting backgrounds who can contribute to a full end-to-end SAP IPD deployment within a consumer-focused environment.
Key Requirements (Essential Across All Roles)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP IPD (Integrated Product Development)
- Previous end-to-end SAP IPD implementation experience
- Experience working within PLM environments or a strong background supporting customers within the Consumer Products / Consumer Industry sector
- Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programmes
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work within hybrid Agile / enterprise delivery environments
3 Different Role Descriptions:
SAP IPD Architect
The Architect will provide overall solution leadership across the SAP IPD implementation, ensuring alignment between business processes, PLM strategy, integrations, and SAP solution design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP IPD solution architecture and technical design activities
- Define integration architecture between SAP IPD and surrounding enterprise systems
- Support solution governance, design workshops, and implementation planning
- Provide best practice guidance for PLM and product development processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and development teams
- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities
SAP IPD Developer
The Developer will be responsible for technical configuration, custom development, integration support, and implementation activities across the SAP IPD platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure SAP IPD related solutions and integrations
- Support technical implementation and customisation activities
- Work on APIs, interfaces, workflows, and data integration requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
- Collaborate with architects and functional consultants on solution delivery
- Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities
SAP IPD Functional Consultant
The Functional Consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and support functional delivery across the SAP IPD implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and gather business requirements
- Translate business processes into SAP IPD functional solutions
- Support process design, configuration, testing, and user adoption
- Provide functional expertise across PLM and product development workflows
