We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with prior Amazon experience to support a high-impact automation initiative within Amazon’s operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven, highly organised individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands Amazon's culture and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain a structured intake and issue-tracking process using Asana.
  • Work cross-functionally with POCs to monitor machine performance KPIs and ensure timely capture and resolution of issues.
  • Regularly update project actions and statuses in Asana, following up with key stakeholders as needed.
  • Support with data pulls from existing dashboards to inform reports and updates.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to ensure consistent project communication.
  • Maintain accurate and organised project documentation and files.

Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
  • Must have experience with Asana project management software.
