WE'RE HIRING - OFFSHORE FIBRE OPTIC JOINTERS
I'm currently looking for experienced Fibre Optic Jointers / Fibre Optic Technicians to support an upcoming offshore wind project in Europe!
Location: Offshore Europe
Start: Immediate - Before 27th October
Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off
Contract: Long-term opportunity
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold a valid EU passport
- Must be available to mobilise before 27th October
- Previous fibre optic jointing or splicing experience
- Experience working on offshore wind or subsea cable projects
- Valid offshore safety certifications and medical
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Fibre optic fusion splicing and jointing
- Fibre optic cable preparation and termination
- OTDR testing and fault finding
- Fibre optic joint closures and splice trays
- Fibre optic cable installation and repair
- Offshore wind inter-array and export cable projects
- Fibre optic testing and commissioning
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll be supporting offshore fibre optic cable installation, jointing and testing activities on a major European offshore wind development.
