Linnk Group is seeking a highly driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Retrofits, Expansions and Initiatives (REI) across a portfolio of existing logistics and distribution facilities throughout the UK and Wales. This is a hands-on onsite role supporting projects from pre-construction through to delivery, with responsibility for managing multiple active sites simultaneously.
The successful candidate will typically support 2β3 sites in the construction phase, alongside up to 5 sites in pre-construction, requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working in an environment where priorities evolve quickly.
