Linnk Group are currently supporting a large enterprise customer with a Curam service, we are looking for enthusiastic Business Analysts to join the team and help with the customer delivery of the service for a remote 12-Month contract engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business users, SMEs and technical teams.
- Produce user stories, business process maps, use cases and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into Curam functional designs.
- Analyse current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') business processes.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT activities.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practice solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- IBM Curam Experience
- Proven experience working with IBM Curam Social Program Management
- Experience with Version 7 or Version 8
- Strong understanding of Curam modules and business capabilities
- Experience supporting implementation, migration or enhancement projects
