Linnk Group are currently supporting a large enterprise customer with a Curam service, we are looking for enthusiastic Business Analysts to join the team and help with the customer delivery of the service for a remote 12-Month contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business users, SMEs and technical teams.
  • Produce user stories, business process maps, use cases and functional specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into Curam functional designs.
  • Analyse current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') business processes.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT activities.
  • Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend best practice solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • IBM Curam Experience
  • Proven experience working with IBM Curam Social Program Management
  • Experience with Version 7 or Version 8
  • Strong understanding of Curam modules and business capabilities
  • Experience supporting implementation, migration or enhancement projects

  • Candidates without IBM Curam certification may still be considered where they possess one or more of the following:
  • Significant IBM Curam v7/v8 project experience
  • Strong ERP Business Analyst background
  • Experience on large public sector transformation programmes
  • Welfare, social care or citizen services domain expertise
  • Experience implementing enterprise case management solutions
  • Proven delivery within regulated government environments
