Overview

We are working with a number of innovative organisations across the life sciences sector who are investing heavily in bioinformatics, genomics, and AI-driven research. As a result, we are looking to engage experienced Bioinformatics Scientists to support ongoing and upcoming projects focused on genomic data analysis, computational biology, and machine learning applications in drug discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret large-scale genomic and biological datasets
  • Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and workflows
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to biological data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, biologists, and software engineers
  • Support research and development initiatives in areas such as genomics and drug discovery
  • Document methodologies, results, and best practices

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, R, or similar)
  • Experience working with genomic or multi-omics data
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and/or machine learning techniques
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and pipelines
