Date: Immediate Start Our client is a leading marine and environmental services provider, delivering complex offshore projects.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of subsea cable installation and repair projects.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing vessel operations, offshore teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead offshore subsea cable installation and repair projects.
  • Manage vessel operations, offshore teams, and subcontractors.
  • Develop operational procedures, method statements, and technical documentation.
  • Support tenders with technical and commercial input.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive HSE compliance and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Requirements
  • Engineering degree (Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar).
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in subsea cables, offshore construction, or marine operations:
  • 5+ years of work experience with Maritime Industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Management
  • 3+ years of Renewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing experience
  • Strong understanding of vessel operations and offshore logistics.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
