Linnk Group, a leading global staffing and professional services firm, is hiring a Consultant within our Renewables division to join our dynamic Contract Technology recruitment team in London Bridge. We are also open to hiring into a Principal/ Team Lead role for someone with proven billings.
About The Role
As a Consultant at Linnk Group, you will play a vital role in our Contract recruitment division within one of our renewable divisions. Your primary focus will be on driving consistent sales growth and enhancing margins in line with budget expectations. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and secure new clients within the renewables sector. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow the client portfolio. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers and senior leadership. Lead client meetings, pitch recruitment services, and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Market & Industry Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the renewables market, including key players, projects, and emerging trends. Map out talent pools and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. Provide insights into competitor activity and market conditions.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates at all levels. Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer management. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Revenue Generation & Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual billing and revenue targets. Track and report on business development activity, pipeline, and performance metrics. Maximise profitability through effective negotiation and fee management.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 3 years+ experience in contract recruitment within the Renewable sector.
- Lead generation and securing new businesses.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
