We are looking for a Retail Campaign Manager that will be based at our client’s head office in Brentford, London 4 days a week. You will work closely within their marketing team.
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, with particular focus on Food & Beverage and Merchandise. The role will focus on delivering sales growth and driving active consideration for the brand.

We are looking for a Retail Campaign Manager who has knowledge in multi-site marketing. The ideal candidate would have agency and/or client-side experience combined with print and digital expertise. Additionally, experience of relationship management with external agencies, vendors, or business partners. With a track record to develop and manage multiple integrated marketing campaigns that deliver on business results. As such, the role requires the ability to think creatively, problem solve, communicate clearly and concisely (both verbally and written), balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines with knowledge of retail or brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns for food & beverage, promotions and merchandise, to deliver goals and target by:
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products.
- Work cross-functionally with Ops, Retail, Film, and Studio teams to align messaging and timing.
- Coordinate with territory marketing leads (e.g. Poland, Cinema City) to adapt toolkits locally.
- Identifying new opportunities for retail storytelling.
- Ensure all retail marketing adheres to Cineworld brand guidelines and elevates the premium experience.
- Lead visual merchandising standards in collaboration with cinema teams.
- Working closely with Linney internal teams, such as insights, strategy, digital and print.
- Coordinating with film studios and distributors.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Agency integration and management.
- Ensures all creative and marketing assets are compliant with any relevant regulatory requirements through liaison with internal legal & regulatory functions.
- Planning and managing budget allocations for marketing initiatives.
- Analysing campaign performance and adjusting strategies for better results.
