Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. Our film team is looking for an organised self-starter to join us as a production coordinator. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will work within a high-performing team of producers, production managers, camera operators, animators and editors to deliver film and animation for some of the UK’s biggest brands. Working from our film production facility in Nottinghamshire and occasionally on location, you should have experience of and be able to plan, schedule and support productions delivered at pace in a busy and pressured studio environment. Working from home is not offered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Production coordinators start work during pre-production, setting up the production office, organising equipment, supplies and staff. They coordinate travel, accommodation, work permits and visas for cast and crew as well as distributing shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions.
  • During production, you will be responsible for preparing, updating and distributing crew lists, daily progress reports and script changes. You will also deal with call sheets and transport requirements and help the production manager wrap the production, tying up all loose ends.
  • Coordinators also organise the team schedule with production managers and other coordinators, running daily production meetings and monitoring post-production workflow.
  • Key responsibilities: coordinating all resource in the company production schedule; overseeing maintenance and scheduling of teamwork spaces; working with producers on a shooting schedule that satisfies scheduling restrictions; working to budgets on personnel, equipment, and locations; working with producers to hire crews and liaise with suppliers; coordinating transportation and housing for cast and crew; post-production tasks including dailies sessions.

  • Experience planning, scheduling and supporting productions delivered at pace in a busy studio environment.
  • Ability to work within a high-performing team and coordinate across producers, production managers, and crew.
  • Attention to travel, accommodation, work permits and visas for cast and crew, and experience with call sheets and production logistics.
