Applicants should have good presentation skills and strong and accurate creative brief taking ability, along with a broad understanding of the production process (CAD, load-ups, print production, and distribution). They will be passionate about sustainability and innovation; we are most interested in candidates who embrace change and are constantly looking for ways to improve.

Other essential skills and experience:

  • High level of productivity and commitment
  • Competence in Microsoft applications and other IT systems
  • Great teamwork skills with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Ability to recognise and understand client’s promotional requirements, challenges and goals
  • Good skills in developing relationships with internal and external colleagues
  • Understanding of the client, their requirements and timings in evolving retail markets
