We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our in-house film and animation team on a 12-month contract. This is a key role within an expanding department, working alongside our camera operators, animators and editors to deliver high-quality TV advertising, radio advertising, live-action content and animated storytelling for some of the UK’s biggest brands.
Based at our Nottinghamshire campus and regularly working on location, you’ll have experience developing, pitching, planning and delivering above-the-line content within a fast-paced production environment.
As Producer, you’ll oversee the full production process from concept through to final delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, resourcing and client communication, while ensuring projects are delivered creatively, efficiently, on time and within budget.
Working closely with directors and the wider production team, you’ll help create a positive, collaborative and creatively ambitious working environment both in the studio and on location.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the production process
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets and resourcing plans
- Bring together and coordinate creative and technical teams across multiple projects
- Work closely with directors, editors, animators and crew to oversee productions from pre-production through to delivery
- Hold regular production and slate meetings with the wider team
- Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure projects remain on track
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, health and safety requirements and broadcast standards
- Oversee Clearcast submissions and wider clearance processes
- Creatively supervise projects to maintain quality and client expectations
- Deliver completed productions on time and within budget
- Collaborate closely with fellow producers, supporting each other across productions and workloads
- Previous experience working within a production company, agency or in-house creative team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Budgeting and scheduling experience
- Clearcast and clearance experience is essential
- Confident managing productions both on location and in studio environments
- Experience producing TV advertising campaigns
- Experience across both live-action and animation projects
- Industry experience preferred
