Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint a creative production manager to a hands-on role dedicated to a single, high-profile coffee brand client. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of still and moving image campaigns, ensuring exceptional production standards and seamless execution across all projects.
They will be the primary production contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication, preparing production updates, reports, and post-shoot reviews, and driving process improvements. They will need to allocate resources efficiently, adapting to changing project needs, and manage commercials for each campaign, ensuring we are delivering on time and on budget with the highest standards.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing content production for the client, from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Leading internal and freelance teams, including photographers, stylists, and crew, ensuring the right talent is contracted for each project.
- Health and safety compliance, including preparing comprehensive RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for all shoots and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Location and prop management such as securing shoot locations and sourcing props.
- Managing shoot-day logistics, studio set-ups and take-downs.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in photography and film production management, ideally within a creative agency or brand environment.
- Strong track record in talent management, contract negotiation, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety requirements, including RAMS.
- Experience in location scouting and prop sourcing and styling.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
