NetOps Team Member – Customer-Focused IT Support

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled NetOps Team Member with a strong customer service mindset to help us maintain, support, and continually improve our internal network infrastructure. If you have experience in IT support or help desk roles, solid technical knowledge, and a positive attitude, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of our Network Operations Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring maximum network uptime, service performance, and end-user satisfaction. You’ll provide hands-on support across our IT infrastructure, respond to incidents, and help deploy and maintain the tools that keep our operations running 24/7.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and first-line IT support
- Monitoring and maintaining a robust internal network infrastructure
- Supporting users across:
- – Windows and Mac laptops
- – Office 365
- – Salto access systems
- – Phone lines and phone systems
- Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools
- Troubleshooting issues, performing incident response, and tracking problems through to resolution
- Participating in a 24×7 call-out rota to support critical systems
- Benchmarking Linney systems and processes against industry best practices
- Developing and contributing to strategies for continuous improvement
- Managing day-to-day IT administration tasks with efficiency and care
What We’re Looking For
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service roles
- Strong working knowledge of:
- – Windows OS, Office 365, and Mac devices
- – Monitoring systems and mobile device management
- – Phone systems, both mobile and landline
- – Salto or similar access control systems
- Familiarity with common network devices – routers, switches, firewalls
- Hands-on involvement in network maintenance, upgrades, or implementation projects (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and an eye for detail
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- A team player who’s keen to learn, improve, and share knowledge
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and respond to urgent issues
