Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for a social-first, hands-on creative to help lead the social output on one of our largest accounts. You will play a key role in shaping standout social creative across retained and campaign work, developing fresh creative concepts that align with brand voices and campaign goals.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, as they will form a core part of a dedicated client team, working with client services, creative, social and other specialist teams. They will be highly creative, dependable and steady under pressure, and able to take ownership and do the essentials with commitment and consistency.
Key aspects of the role, which will lead on ideation, will include ensuring social creative aligns with brand strategy, client objectives and the brand tone of voice while balancing authenticity with social-first thinking. You will need to work with the wider team to help build strong creative partnerships with the client, presenting ideas in a clear and engaging way and managing feedback positively, while also being available to mentor junior colleagues.
The successful candidate will art direct social shoots, executing the creative vision with detail and impact. They will work closely and collaboratively with our strategy and insight teams, making sure social media creative ladders back up to a strategic platform and audience insights. They will also be happy to support on new business opportunities with the client.
Essential experience and skills:
