Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. Our digital signage business is looking to fill a new role of product owner, to drive forward our proprietary content management system (CMS) and be the accountable voice for the product.
The digital signage team delivers end-to-end solutions for clients, from concept to installation, and ongoing support. We are looking to grow our CMS into a scalable, market-leading platform and respond to client demand for richer, more connected digital experiences. The product owner will define the roadmap, translating business and client needs into actionable requirements, and working hand in hand with our development team.
This is a rare chance to take full ownership of a live, client-facing SaaS product within our creative agency environment. The successful candidate will inherit a working platform with a real user base and defined commercial purpose, with the mandate to shape its future. They should be equally comfortable in a planning session with developers and a commercial review with a client or senior internal stakeholders.

- Supporting the sales team in demonstrating platform capability and differentiating the CMS offering in competitive pitches
- Working with account managers to understand how clients use the platform and identifying opportunities to improve it
