Working collaboratively with the Category Account Director (CAD), client and Linney teams, you will be responsible to ensure all new briefs for packaging are delivered successfully. Based on site at Linney Head Office, Mansfield, you are responsible for your assigned accounts, and are the primary point of contact for the clients’ product teams.
We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager with a passion for great customer service. Applicants should be accomplished at taking creative briefs and have a good understanding of structural CAD design and print production processes. Responsible for time and cost management of your own projects you will need to demonstrate experience in critical path creation, quotation requests and commercial governance.
A natural ability to multi-task, project-manage, and assist your teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery. Great organisation, meticulous attention to detail, common sense, excellent communication and outstanding customer service and professionalism, are vital to demonstrate to all stakeholders that you have complete awareness of and are in full control of all of your projects.
Essential skills:
Applicants should have good presentation skills. You must be competent in managing multiple projects at the same time. Strong and accurate creative brief taking is essential along with a broad understanding of the production process (CAD design, load-ups, print production, and distribution). Passionate about sustainability and innovation we are interested in candidates who embrace change and constantly looking for ways to improve.
